I've always enjoyed messing around with make up. I used to go out with eyeliner and mascara on quite a lot when I was younger and still do sometimes. I went out on halloween '08 in drag and absolutely loved it and totally thought it was my thing. After having a few bdsm sessions with a previous play partner and playing around with it a little bit I decided to go out in drag to my first proper fetish night. I found that I didn't feel very comfortable at all and spent the whole night feeling pretty awkward. I haven't really done it since until recently when my play partner was over and cross dressing just kinda came up in conversation and for some reason I had to do it then. It was immensely satisfying! Apart from the fact that I share the house with 13 people who seem to be almost all dodgy chavs!! Sneaking to the toilet was very risky! It came as a shock to me that I was actually into it. I was convinced it wasn't my thing after the night I'd been to. I came to the conclusion that I think too much about stuff like that and should probably just chill out. So yeah! That was very rambley. This is what happens when I can't sleep and there's a bloody laptop nearby! Anybody else had this same "Oh wow! Oh yes! Oh... um... no... Actually yes!" this with said kink? I'm still toying with the idea a bit.

Living with nillas does take the edge off it, I would certainly dress a lot more if I wasn't in a house share I usually have to half dress and do my make up in my car on the way out Around the house I normally wear womens clothes that are more passable, jeans, shirts etc. If its not obvious people dont notice It sounds like you're more scared of being discovered than questioning whether you want to do it. Just don't rush things, you don't need to let your housemates know
The only risk is when it comes to washing your clothes that can be awkward, most blokes dont wash their own bras and knickers after all The first rule of Brat Club, we don't talk about Brat Club... Edited 13 Jan 10, 7:38 AM by BarbieSlutLoki

I've always worn casual women's clothes as part of outfits anyway if I liked the look of them and I thought they'd go with something I already had. That's already covered you can spend your time alone redigesting past regrets

I used to not wear a lot of pretty things because I thought they would look stupid on someone like me (and I would be treated badly) - so I stuck to fairly gender neutral stuff with a matching haircut. If I did femme up I felt a bit silly and like everyone would think I look ridiculous. Then I hit thirtyish and a friend taught me that it's ok to wear what you like if it makes you feel happy (and you can refuse/stand up to anyone treating you badly) and bought me my very first tutu. I took some confidence in thinking if some men have the guts to wear this stuff then why shouldn't I. Hence I was reborn with frocks, frills, bows and ribbons whenever I feel like it. It's fun - why leave all the fun to drag queens and the under tens dressing up boxes! All I can say is that whilst often I still wear fairly gender neutral clothes day to day, that dressing up (combined with some camp flouncing) makes me feel happy, makes me feel good and makes me feel beautiful even though sometimes I know I look a bit silly. So I think it's good for me. It's just clothes - so chuck out the rule book and wear whatever makes you feel good! Sounds to me like you have always felt a love of clothes, of colour and fabric. This is just 'more of'. More of something you enjoy. Don't think it, just observe it. Let it be. Though a vest underneath whatever else you wear is recommended at this time of year. Brrrrrr. *smile*

Yes. Me being wasted at munches is a common occurrence. I get suffer from social anxiety so I tend to get blasted pretty quickly to deal with it. I try not to but the few times I've tried not getting drunk I just sit in a corner for hours on my own then go home feeling crappy.
It was a fun munch though and it was cool to see you again. I've always worn whatever clothes I wanted without giving a hoot. Loads of my clothes are "women's" but they look fairly unisex. I practically live in my pyjama bottoms in the summer and get loads of crap off've random people but they're SO comfy and light and you can get some really cool designs in PJs that you just don't find in other men's clothes. I used to get most of my clothes online from American hippy stores as they had some awesome stuff that I genuinely could not find in any British e-store. Guy's clothes are so limited over here!

I wouldn't say you look silly! You look great in your photos. I didn't think women would be able to pull off moustaches but I was proven wrong.

One; probably not wise to have given her the idea of pulling off facial hair. That idea will no doubt perculate in her mischievious brain for a while and then, ohhh, watchout, someone's gonna go ouch!!! Two; she looks very handsome in a suit and tie too, dontchya think?

Hehe. Good point! *hides his beard in the beard drawer* She does look very attractive in a suit and tie. I stumbled on her profile ages ago and thought "wow!".
