Sissyhouseboy you may get some more luck posting this again with the heaing along the line of 'Mistress requires DIY skills in the London area' to attract local poeple and those with diy skills. All rounder sought made me think of a good all round sub in the BDSM experiences he'd had!

good luck, that kind of work you'll have to get a professional in, and even kinky ones on here will want paying i would imagine.

You imagined wrong. When I moved house I advertised for male subs to come and help me in return for free sessions.

I got a qualified electrician, a qualified plumber and a landlord who did the DIY on all his own properties.

They did a splendid job of tiling, wiring, plumbing, curtain rails, shower rail, burglar alarm, gate post etc etc

The electrician we've since used at the Moonglow Dungeon and Mistress Pinch's dungeon.

hmmm is that the place that caught fire recently??

Yes, he told us the fuse box was well dangerous and to contact the Landlord, the landlord said they were fine.

The head fireman gave the landlord bollocking in front of everyone for allowing that condition saying the box was horrendous.

The landlord is paying for all the repairs.

The electrician was right!

Pro submissive & switch with great dungeon & LOTS of toys!

You don't need to be a professional to fix a shower cubicle or tile walls. It's not that hard ... :-)

She wants a SHOWER fitted, you need a proper electrician to do that it's not safe to do that DIY even if you could manage the plumbing yourself. My electrician wouldn't tackle the plumbing and asked me to get a proper plumber in.

I did mention in the post before that, that I don't know about plumbing. I've never heard of needing an electrician to fit a shower though, unless it's an electric shower thingy that you have in the UK. Here we don't have those to be honest, hot water is supplied by the combination boiler and you only need some plumbing for shower.

The rest can be done by someone with some decent DIY knowledge and experience. It really isn't so hard once you've done it a few times :-)

My very good friend MsLynn is looking for someone to do various jobs around her house in central London. She is looking for someone to install a shower, and do some bathroom tiling, and also someone who is good at painting and decorating etc. This is a very genuine request, from a very genuine Lady. Please write via me, saying what you are good at, and i will pass all details on to her. Thank you.

I am a tradesman so word of advice...

Getting FREE help is great and im sure appreciated but if you have a LEAK, FIRE or the work carried out causes harm to any individual YOU will be liable.

I do hommers all the time and still have my own personal liability insurance.

Most people dont think about this cause its THEIR home, but theres alot of cowboys, pluming a shower and tiling a wall IMO isnt that difficult give it ago yourself SISSY im sure youd manage it.

It all depends on the type of shower being fitted. An electric shower, then yes you need 40/45amp supply fitted depending on the output of the shower and the length of the cable run. Definately a job for a sparky.

A normal shower valve supplied via a hot water cyclinder or Combi boiler doesn't usually require any electrics and can be fitted by someone with reasonable DIY skills.

If you read the post further up no he didn't but he did warn us to tell the landlord it was dangerous n the landlord disagreed. The electrician was right.
