They'll do it because they genuinely like domming, he doesnt need to see a fake.

Not all people who pay are socially inadequate, I have had some very atractive, sucessful, socially adept people come to see me.

I will admit some do fulfil the category you described, but they do not seem to be the bulk of people that see PDs in my experience.
