You know, I'm never 100% sure about such inertia selling tactics. For every "thank good the insurance renewed automatically", there are hundreds of "Why are they still sending my this magazine every month???, and why os there less money in my account..."

However, in this case I'm very happy to see that our relationship continue. Long may it do so.

My wife and I both upgraded our subscriptions during 2009. Does this mean we will have to wait until later in 2010 to renew our current terms or as it has automatically been renewed (including upgrade) now do we get a refund?
