It snowed yesterday and overnight, but isn't snowing again now. They've actually gritted the roads this time round, so driving isn't too bad, seen some buses around and trains OK. It's not that icy and slippery underfoot 'yet' but I've been wearing hiking boots to get about. They look great with a pencil skirt and seamed stockings :) hehe.

Beat me on the bottom with the Woman's Weekly.

If I see you (thanks for the description) I'll make sure to give you an ahem gentle push :)

Depends on where you need to be.

Town centre is probably Ok, but outskirts still no go.

Buses not covering the whole city and side roads too frozen to get your car out to the main road.

If you do make it, have a good trip.

From Eastbourne way I think it is still pretty bad. Trains are running though to the best of my knowledge.

oooh my name! Brighton is now wonderful and beautiful and snowy and the roads are mostly traffic-free and the beach is covered in a pretty white frosting. we're having a mass snowball fight in queens park saturday at 1pm - kinksters welcome.

probably not answering your question though - um - there's not *much* traffic about, but there is some and many of the bigger roads are gritted so it should be safe enough to drive if you're coming this way.

good luck :)

It's pretty shit. I'm not taking the car out today for fear of killing myself.

I managed to get my car out to the main road and went to Supermarket. shopped for me and Mother and took neighbour so feeling saintly.

I left the car on the main road so hopefully if needed I can get out.

Why do people still insist on driving at normal speeds when the roads are icy and pedestrians are walking on the road?
