I am not interested in someone who can only come once a month. The entire premises needs to be cleaned at least once a week therefore a job share is acceptable.

Essential requirements;

• local to Bradford
• flexible
• an IC network
• few hard limits

Desirable requirements;

• no hard limits
• character reference from someone on IC who has met you

or

• employers reference from another Dom/me

Further opportunities for the successful applicant/s who pass their probationary period include;

• promotion to labrat
• maiding duties for guests
• outings to clubs or parties where you can also serve

These will be on top of your usual cleaning duties.

Starting date - to be confirmed.

Duties will include;

• vacuuming
• cleaning two bathrooms
• dusting
• returning items to their *correct* place
• cleaning inside of windows, windowsills skirting boards etc
• cleaning and treating rubber items
• cleaning and treating leather items

I will take care of my own sterilising.

TV maids are allowed to apply providing they don't;

• prance
• flounce
• skip
• expect constant praise for their appearance
• think they can spend all day polishing mirrors
• don't take longer then ten minutes to get dressed
• think they can wear my clothes or make-up

All work will be inspected and judged. Consistently good work will be rewarded. Your probation period will be conducted with no roleplay at all. After your probation your time in my premises will be with roleplay at my discretion.

Inferior work or attempts at manipulation will result in your instant dismissal.

I will very demanding and I am very particular about cleanliness and hygiene in my premises. Ensure that you are clean as well. You may use my facilities to shower before and after your duties. No smokers.

I reserve the right to change all the rules as and when I want.

Expecting to be dressed in 10 mins or less is a bit cruel though, clothes and makeup take time to be perfect
