The scene outlined in this blog is extremely dangerous - please do NOT attempt it without experience/training!
People who know me well know that fear play is one of my favourite and most specialised focal areas of D/s play.
In this blog I'm going to describe, in detail, a scene which I developed over weeks and used on my submissive GooGoo following on from her thread:
In which she was fundamentally outlining that she was interested in anaesthesia and losing all control. I decided to play to this concept a little...
I was building up the explanation of the benzodiazepine (AKA diazepam or Valium) shot and that I own it via doctor prescription to deal with status epilepticus for its anticonvulsant potential weeks prior to the scene. I was explaining the scientific reactions and how the scene will run in detail. That if anything goes wrong, I'd administer an adrenaline shot and why I have those (using the scene from Trainspotting as a perfect example 
). I was outlining the maths and the sedative inducing and neurotransmitter blocking effects as well as the dangers of the side effects and my own inexperience of needles, injections and anything of this nature (to add to the fear factor).
I had her strip and weighed her, then converting the pounds to kg and working out body mass and then blood volume in litres. Then I converted to ml and used a random factor to convert to 5ml and halved it saying that it needed to be lower to ensure the effects were less for her BMI and so she's not in any danger of actually switching hyperpsychosis (these details all play in to make the scene more scientifically believable - it's the same as saying "neck suspension" instead of "hanging".)
I then had her lay across the bed, her shoulders and head off the side of the bed and tied her wrists to the bedposts at floor level and her ankles to the other two bedposts.
I then put a jennings gag in her mouth and secured it in place - despite her complaints.
Hanging upside down watching me, I then let her see me put on a surgical mask and latex gloves, get out needles, alcohol swabs, a kidney dish, syringes and a pre-prepared box of medicine (benzodiazepine) and finally put on a doctors gown.
I put a pre made syringe of clear liquid with the needle and guard on it near her arm telling her it was the adrenaline shot in case there was an emergency. I then used an alcohol swab on her arm "just in case".
I then cleared the air from another syringe and attached a needle (23g) to it. I opened the box of 'benzodiazepine', took out a leaflet and put it to one side. I took a plastic container out of the box and unscrewed the lid from the top of it. I removed the needle guard and pierced the thin metal film which covered the top of the plastic container and drew on the syringe. Again, I turned the syringe and cleared the air from it with a flick or two.
Then, approaching her, I turned her head to the side and used an alcohol swab on her jaw and the needle. I pinched her jawline, being extremely careful to avoid veins etc I broke the skin at a tight angle, talking her through the process so she could see the clear liquid of the syringe in front of her eyes and feel the needle I explained she'd feel one pinprick as it broke the skin, then a second as it broke the vein. The second pinprick however, was the needle coming out of her skin again a few mm over - out of her line of sight.
I then told her that I was going to inject the benzodiazepine and that she'd feel a cold rush. She did feel the cold liquid flood through the needle (it never actually entered her body though) which I caught with a towel on the other side and then swabbed and removed the needle in a swift movement.
Next, I sat beside her on the bed and rested some of my weight on her chest. Along with the Jennings gag and the fact that she is hanging upside down this makes her breathing extremely erratic and difficult. This means that the oxygen level in her body is consistently decreasing and she is beginning to feel more panicky. I explain that I am placing weight on her chest so that I can check her pulse at her neck. I pressed down on her carotid arteries with two fingers on the left side from the aortic arch and lightly with my thumb on the right from the brachiocephalic trunk. This partially shut down blood flow to the brain (please do NOT go away and try this just because you've read it here - it is extremely dangerous and takes understanding of facial expression reading and biology).
I did this sporadically for a few minutes while she looked dazed and used some verbal psychology of talking her through how she feels that she's drifting away. That she's helpless. That it's up to me if I want to bring her back etc.
Finally, I lifted her head up, took the gag out, untied her arms and curled her up on the bed to recover and talk to her about the experience...

That was soo much fun!
I have been so scared for weeks and to be honest at the time I considered running away..before I was tied up that is I actually felt like crying..I was pretty terrified. I'm not sure how it was dangerous, doesn't sound like she could have done you much damage in that state. If you can keep your head while all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you, you might want to stop waving that axe around. | |
