Yes...twas the tiger story...and there is more to come. I'd say that the Telegraph has about HALF the story so far: there is more to tell...and I'll be telling it next week. If true, it leaves the authorities with far more egg on face than even the Telegraph makes out. Also, this case is NOT over yet. There was a second charge - featuring a clip that is alleged to constitute extreme porn and includes activity that is far more akin to what members of this board might occasionally countenance. That gets back into court on March 17 (again, I think, in Mold). Anyone able to attend on that date ...please let me know. Regards, John Oz | ||

Just double checking is it both charges on the same image? I hope they don't use the same prosecutor. He will be a sitting duck (or tiger) for jokes from all parties in court. How on earth will they be able to treat him seriously after that and more importantly how would they be able to treat any case seriously in this area...? Not useful for law but a bit of an own goal in the creditability stakes. | ||
