So how many more are there out there in split families when its the other halfs year for the kids.
Luckily they were here this morning to open their pressies but then off to their dads for the day.
A full day of telly to myself a bottle of wine and a chicken fillet,,,,,,,,, oh joy..

Mine are with me every christmas day and then go to their dad's for boxing day.. He's having them for New Year this Year which makes a change. Actually although I do like having the time to my self, I do miss them when the house is so quiet! <shrugs> elo

Yeh,, me too,, love the quiet usually when there gone but christmas day on your own is just shit. There again just watched eastenders and heh my life is a breeze lol

This was the first year in 20 years that i woke Christmas morning without any of my children...that sucked and yep i felt pretty miserable and lost. Tonight, they're home and they've gone to bed not knowing that tomorrow morning is our christmas day. Their pressies all wrapped under the tree, i'm soooooooooooo excited lol |
