I hope there's some kind soul out there in blogland who'll give a blow by blow account of VE tonight. I'm trying to be brave and cheerful, but it's hard not to sulk!
Oh well, since I'm off the painkillers at least I can have a drink for the first time in two weeks. P'raps we'll watch one of those movies that I taped over xmas and haven't yet got round to watching.
No, it's no good, that's no consolation!
