Bathory and I are organising an evening of Burlesque for us North Westers...

Wednesday 17 February, 2010 - 20:00 at DOWNSTAIRS @ ROYAL COURT LIVERPOOL (opens at 18:30)

The Martini Lounge, purveyors of Burlesque Shows of the highest calibre to Liverpool's most discerning punters, is continuing it's second year at the Downstairs Bar, Royal Court Liverpool.

Burlesque evenings harken back to nights of old when there was nothing better than sitting in comfort and watching a performer dance, tease and amuse whilst wrapped in elaborate costume. Wood panelling, mood lighting, fizz and nibbles are there to make you feel entirely at ease before the the glamour is added by the flexible fantasists and flamboyant fan dancers on stage. Always cheeky, sometimes naughty, the ladies and gents of the Martini Lounge will scintillate and titillate with their wild and wonderful ways.

Tickets just Ł15 including a glass of bubbly and nibbles.

Dress code; anything apparently, Bathory and I will be dressing up a lil bit...

There is a restaraunt, meals are Ł10, if anyone fancied meeting for a meal before, Im not sure if we will be doing that, check later...
