I'm not a Christian, but I think if I were, I'd find Corporate Christmas cards rather galling. I suppose over 2000 years you have to expect Christmas to evolve and change. I can hardly be the first to reflect how Christmas has been commercialised and hijacked by consumerism. But even if all that present giving and card sending is a bit over the top, then at least it is still an expression of good will between friends and family.
The Corporate Christmas card is about as cynical exploitation of the festive season as I can imagine. No one at Hanagatsu Inc, nor Citscape Corp gives a flying bauble about what kind of Christmas I have. Their greeting cards are just co-vert advertisements and using Christmas as an excuse to send me junk mail is in bad taste.
They certainly will not be joining all the other cards from loved ones, friends and family..... Oh hang on there aren't any. *goes off to fish the "Wishing you a Hanagatsu Christmas" out of the bin*
Perhaps Admin could send out Christmas cards to IC members. A picture of a big Smilie atop a Christmas tree bedecked with whips and chains and violet wands....
Ooh, reminder to self, must not forget to purchase turkey or will be hugest pile of poo

A great IC collective card could sport DaveTheButcher, dressed in Santa garb bellowing 'YO HO SNATCH MI CRACKER' at one of santa's little helpers who just happens to be bent over pairing Rudolf!!!! As I type I reach out my hand, so as you read, you are then touched. | |

I presume that you have Photoshop? Then it won't take you long to make an IC Xmas card
