Was planning to make it across for both the munch and ST, but my ex has cocked up the custody arrangements so I can only make the munch itself now. I'll have a 5yr old in tow - I assume she'll be welcome? She's really quiet like; you won't even know she's there. ------------------------------------------

Oh, kids are coming? Cool, I wasn't sure. I was going to have to miss this one as I couldn't find a babysitter for my 12 and 15 year old daughters and my two year old son. Is it okay if they each bring a friend? I don't want them to get bored.
Perhaps we could set aside a corner for them to base themselves in. And maybe people could bring games and things for them to occupy themselves with; I'll look into hiring a clown.

I'm going to try and get along since it's, like, Christmas and everything.

I don't want to be a party pooper but I'm not sure about under 18's at the munch. I'm not sure that Via is a family friendly venue.

Kids aren't allowed at the venue, this came up a few years back. Personally, I don't think they've any place at such a gathering anyway.

Seriously, people, I hope you're taking the piss about kids. There's plenty of things to do with your children on a Saturday this close to Christmas without subjecting then to a munch. It's not fair on the child and it's not fair on the munchers. Edited 18 Dec 09, 10:11 PM by Miss_Despotic

It does make it awkward for other people within earshot if the conversation veers towards BDSM Regards, Tanos www.tanos.org.uk

We may drop in, as we are off to the Christmas market tomorrow. Oh, and we won't have a child in tow. I will however shout 'cunt' at anyone who thinks it's acceptable; although I suspect there is something akin to humour afoot.... He looked into My eyes, and I almost died. Then I remembered what I was and half killed him.
