FFS, even Martin from the call centre couldn't help with my re tune, has anyone else had problems? Is it the aerial, is the fact that I live up North or is it just me!! No channels but at least I have my furry kids to play with, I'll just have to get high on catnip as per usual...

make/model of box? Does the telly get decent analogue telly signal off the aerial lead you are plugging in to digi box? Life is not a munch.

I had problems with mine too. Disconnecting the aerial cable and trying to find channels (big fat zero, of course) and then putting aerial back in and trying again worked. judy I must be only one in a million (© David Bowie)

I'm now getting the Welsh channels, but I've always had to retune each day if I've wanted certain channels, such as the ones with the decent stuff on like 5 USA or Dave or Virgin 1. It's getting ridiculous and I can't buy a new box as the HD ones are coming out after xmas.

Follow the link, it has options so that you can get the instructions for your make of set top box. http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/how_do_i_switch/conne... "We're all living in a freakshow Man, it's called life. Buy a ticket and enjoy the ride." Foamy The Squirrel

Could it be a problem with the signal? I'm no expert, but I found the quality of the aerial cable made a difference in my case. Some if the premoulded cables I used OK for analogue channels caused problems when trying to use digital. I cut a problem cable in half and noticed there were several thin wires at the centre rather than one thick wire. I got myself a load of TV aerial cable from Wilkos and fitted some metal plugs (the plastic ones gave a poorer signal) and I've got all of the Freeview channels OK now. The procedure on how to add channels or run the inital setup procedure will be in your manual. If you can't find it, post a make of model number on here and I will probably be able to find a manual for you on t'internet steve

Cheers everyone, I have read the digi online support and sent them an email earlier. The tv is only 2 years old and has an in built digi thingie and freeview thingie and even a plug.
This goddam place is the only town I've lived in where I can't get cable tv, the freeview won't work and the signal is weak as shite. Its probably the signal, arghhh. But good luck to you english people getting welsh channels.
