Well its two weeks to the day since I was bullied in to going to the gym. Not something I would have considered doing of my own fruition; there was initially much protesting on my part at being made to go to the gym I pointed out that it classed as a cruel and unusual punishment as defined in the Human Rights Act. But none of it was being had and I got dragged along.
Well two weeks on and my 5th visit, including the original one I protested against, and to be honest I am enjoying it. Now I understand it's going to take time and perseverance on my part, but I am starting to feel generally better for it. Especially the initial post gym bit where I feel rather hyped; and I know that tonight I will sleep well as a result of it.
So here is to my either very late new years resolution or my early one for 2010 and going to the gym. Oh and I found out the hard way going to the gym before a munch is not a good idea as you end up very tired about half way through.

It was not a punishment, simply a suggestion. It is good for you, your motivation and health as well. I'm really pleased it is working out for you |

I found myself in a gym suddenly a couple of months ago and similar to you did not like being there much at first, but it helped me release so much anger and penned up frustration it was incredible. One thing is certain it does make me feel really good and I could do anything ....its a great feeling.
Well done to you and keep it up |
