Anyone else ordered from http://www.pumphouse.me.uk/index.html within the past month?
I have ordered a few items for Christmas a month ago and still no delivery, no replies to the 100's of mails I have sent and no reply to the phone either 
~ they have taken my money and I have my order number and still no goods
Is there anyone out there that has any idea if they have gone bump or not?

I ordered some stuff last weekend and have not received the items yet. Had an automated email giving order no. etc. I am not sure if they have taken my money yet as I think I paid by credit card. I hope they haven't gone bust!! |

try contacting them and see if they reply ~ they have not to me in any form whatsoever if you get a reply let me know please? If you can't say anything nice - don't say anything at all ... Thumper from Bambi |

My understanding is that any website has to have a UK telephone number and an address to be legal. The site has an 0845 number, which could be anywhere, and no address. (or at least that I can find) It is safe practice never to order from any site that does not have a geographic telephone number and an address, and I hope you have not been caught by a scam. A quick internet search shows that despite the ".uk" ending the site is hosted in Dallas in the US. Others on here who are more knowledgeable than me might be able to help track them down further. |

I have ordered from them previously and not had any problems, so it is not a 'scam' website in that sense. The confirmation email has an address in West Yorkshire and a local phone number(not 0845) which just rings out at present. I will try again on Monday morning.

Not ordered in the last month, but had real problems six months ago, and no response to e-mails, telephone messages left. I did eventually get hold of them on the phone, no apology for the delay in my order and they said they would refund money as they didnt know when the stock would be coming in again I had to chase the refund. I have no problem with stock not being there, but rubbish customer service I do have a problem with. I would never order from them again. MR CSB is not an excuse for being a very naughty boy |

***************** UPDATE ************************
some very kind soul managed to get me the home phone number and other website to the people that run Pumphouse and managed to get through this morning ~ I was told they had my order and that he would go and sort it ~ he even rang me back to say "it was on its way and will be with me tomorrow ~ yet to see if thats true but its looking a little better than it did this time yesterday
so yeah ~ I owe you one mystery memo'er If you can't say anything nice - don't say anything at all ... Thumper from Bambi |
