...I think I've gone über. I think I'm developing the symptoms of über-domliness. I've listened to all the hype and now I know everyone was right.

Let's look at the evidence –

• I'm possibly, maybe, slightly, a soupçon past my physical prime. Though I prefer to describe it as having gained the gravitas that only good living and experience brings.

Anyway, to the über physical appearance isn't important. His own physical appearance, that is.

• I've attained a level of mental security, where I'm happy and content to listen to the opinions of others. I can read posts and advice given, try and understand where the writer is coming from.

And then explain where they are wrong. Because they inevitably are.

• I'm great.

I was going to say I 'think' I'm great, but that sounds a bit wishy-washy.

• I've been around a bit, me. Oh yes. Rope? Done. Hitty things? Done. Stingy electricky thingies? Done. Public play? Done. On-line? Done. Humiliation (or 'dating' as it's sometimes known) – done. I've not only ticked the list, I've tip Topped it.
• Play on first meets? It was the norm, rather than the exception. Including scuttling. See point three.
• Apart from a few honourable exceptions, I'm not that interested in talking to other Doms. See point two.

Dangerously über territory, yes?

The biggie though, is reaching Dom Critical Mass; or Hookie's Law (See what I did there? Chortle). The point of no return, when a Dom believes he is so chuffin' Dom that he could have any subbie he wanted. Because he is damn über.

Now, my ego won't allow me to believe I'm so chuffin' Dom that I could have any subbie I wanted.

No, I don't believe it, I know it. Grrrr, I'm über.

Of course a friend of mine was only joking when she sent a text about my “ long eloquent blogs and the gaggle of simpering femsubs leaving their moist snailtrail as they follow every word” – I think - but I am rather proud of the friends Mrs S affectionately calls my 'floozies'. Skyhook's Floozies... it's got kinda a nice ring to it. And would make for a hell of a party.

Could I have any of them? I think we all know the answer to that one! Still the über-about-town only has to believe it, being all mouth and no (leather) trousers is perfectly acceptable.

So there we go. Irrefutable proof I'm now über. I shall be growing a goatee as soon as possible, along with purchasing the leather waistcoat, utility belt and white pumps.

What do you think – like I need or value your opinion, but – Sir, Lord or Master Skyhook from now on?

Or maybe I'll just get a life...
