The Pan Am Bar/New Munch Venue (48)

Thing is, the Liverpool munch is one you would go back to and the old Chester munch and the Phoenix munch are the type that go down as legends because of how decrepit they were.

Three weeks after my first Phoenix munch my herringbone still stunk of Phoenix munch!

Can't move the scousemunch down market as that would play into the stereo types of pissing on carpets and shitting in baths.

Maybe there should be a workshop on how to nurse your drink? That way you buy one and make it last, thus not needing to spend more on further drinks and thus reducing the financial outlay.

Reading this thread has been very thought provoking. not least as every now and again thinking back to a previous venue that the manc munch had had years ago (many years ago), i had thought that it'd be great to break out of via's basement. But. on reading this thread I've realised that the munch is its people, and its memories and the venue.

Back to pan am, you pay your money and you takes your choice, and i would happily pay for parking and expensive drinks to be in that fabulous place.
