Ok, the Orissa region of India to be precise, and I'm doing it for Childreach International in August 2010. In order for me to get there I need to raise a minimum of £2300. I will be doing all I can to raise the money myself, but need help in order to reach the target.
"The adventure is a three week expedition out to one of the most under-developed regions of India. Volunteers will have the chance of cycling through the 'K.B.K. district' of Orissa, get an indepth look into how Childreach's educational and health projects are run on the ground and participate in a new community outreach initiative aimed at getting more children into school and out of poverty!
The journey will take participants from the bustling streets of Delhi to the quietest hill regions of Andhra Pradesh's Eastern Ghats."
We will start in Delhi, transfering to Bhubanweswar, and take the train to Sambalpur. From then on in we will be cycling.
A rough itinerary of our cycle route is as follows:
We will be taking part in various projects on the way, sometimes cycling the whole day, other days spending a large portion of the day engaged in community outreach programmes etc. After Vishakhapatnam, we will travel back to Delhi (I'm assuming this is by train) and spend the remaining days in and around Delhi exploring India and helping with various projects.

Give me a grand and ill do the same itinary, better still give me a grand and ill go off and explore somewhere i havent been yet .....hmm where would i like to go for my next adventure You say im a "Bitch" like its a bad thing!! |
