My home landline and internet are down- I should miss it more than I am doing! Until I get a telephone engineer out I only have occasional access during the day so please bear with me.
No msn
.. no IC ..chat.. no mIRC all manageable..
but no facebook scrabble- I am suffering withdrawal symptoms !
I will pick up and answer memos when I can - sorry folks!

Pay as you go 3g dongle from Tmobile, if you have coverage. Max of £2/day. If you know you are going to be without internet for a week, then it is £7 for the week. S -- Turned out nice again.

read a book ! i was without electricty a few months ago, it lasted a couple of days then there were a few more days of only having it for a few hours at a time and, suprisingly, it didn't take long to get used to not having it, which obviously included not being able to get online ... in a way it was a bit of a relief ... no distractions, no choice in the matter, nothing to do except lay in bed reading a book with a torch on my head all for one and fuck the rest

I wouldnt have a t-mobile or 3 dingle - I have both and neither give me coverage in the house or at work ! Have just bought an O2 one so hopefully once sim is activated may have better luck! And yes am now reading 2 books- feet are pedicured- new bedding purchased and decorator sorted, dog walked, wardrobe revamped and gym revisited. Quite like the peace and quiet in some ways, but normally can get work stuff done too if i have internet access. And as I said - my scrabble ! “We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”
