When the programme dropped through my door a few weeks ago i just knew this weekend was a ME weekend. The programme was for a Mind, Body and Soul Exhibition in Chilford Hall near Cambridge. A lovely old venue full of beams and lots of atmosphere. As somebody said to me at lunch you can feel the years of emotions in the walls.
So yesterday i made my way there for the first on my workshops on Psychic Surgery. It was fascinating and although i wasn't chosen i did book a session today. I stayed in the room for the next workshop on Psychic Healing and Development. Again an interesting workshop with a couple of meditations which left me feeling relaxed and lightheaded. The lady conducting the workshop asked people who were going through tough times at th3e moment and gave me one of her books.
After that i had a good look round had some lunch and brought some bits and bobs. then back to my next workshop called Find Your Heart Animal. This really fascinated me and through meditation i discovered my heart animal to be a tiger. The feeling akin to this is like coming out of a really good trip into subspace. I felt euphoric and had a really good time with my tiger. I also found a snake which i haven't yet discovered which part of me he belongs to. The message i got was that i need to slow down sometimes and take more time for me so that's what i will be doing.
Last night i met my daughter Donna and her partner Belinda in Cambridge as it was Donna's birthday. We decided to go to the cinema. Now i only usually go to the cinema if there is something i really want to see. Last night we saw "The Informant" A very strange film to say the least. This was fol;lowed by an Italian meal then home for a chat online and off to bed.
I had to be at the exhibition early as i was booked in for Psychic Surgery at 10.15. He worked on my neck my back and my foot. I felt heat in my neck and it has been easier all day. my back felt really strange as if i were getting vibrations through it. This was Abraham who works through Gary. Gary's hands don't actually move but i could certainly feel something. He said it would be sore and stiff for a few days but then i would feel the benefit. Just have to drink lots of water, always a problem for me. My foot felt as if someone were putting needles into it but it certainly eased it. He wants another session so have booked one in January. Then after a good look round and some water it was off to the first of 2 workshops one on ghost hunting and the paranormal. Lots of fun and laughter and also the feeling there was a spirit in the room with us. The second was a medium who was excellent. She told me things she couldn't possibly have known about me and i have found out at last that my father is dead. I never knew him and had been searching for him so now i know. I also confused her as she could see aliens around me and wondered what was going on. Once i explained about my interest in Sci fi and my Startrek club it all made sense. The only thing was every time she saw me in the hall she called me the Alien Lady. Last of all was a workshop last thing on channeling and again a deep meditation left me feeling light headed and euphoric. I had made good friends with the lady who did the heart animal workshop and this morning my Tiger told me i had to give her a jade pendant i had for sale and a lapis lazuli angel. I have no idea why but i did. she was so pleased and is a lovely lady. So after a bad day for me at the party on Thursday as i had a really bad trip into subspace i feel as if i have recharged my batteries and am raring to go. Just looking forward to our next party on Saturday with the bondage workshop.

Sounds like a wonderful weekend. Please let me know the details of this event you attended so I can attend the next one! I love all that stuff.  xLife is a game, it just depends how you play it. | |

In that case will be good to go with you. Will send you dates of others as well. Next Cambridge one is 22/23 next year. you can always stay here overnight if you want to go both days. | |
