I run SoundPunishment.com, a leading UK spanking video web site. I am looking for premises to hire on a day-rate basis to make our spanking films in. I need the use of houses or offices with reasonable sized rooms (minimum 15ft sides approx.) which are nicely decorated and furnished. It would be nice if the property has period features, especially if it has a proper headmaster-type study, but modern houses would be most acceptable. The ideal location would be within, or near to, the area bounded by the M1, M62, M6 and M6 Toll Road, but I will obviously consider other locations with merit wherever they are in the UK. The property needs be free of external noise intrusion and ideally not overlooked so that we can keep the curtains open and use available daylight where possible. Obviously this is a noisy occupation so nosey neighbours would be a problem. I should not have to emphasise that there should be not be any children on the premises at any time. The film crew would usually consist of a director, photographer, male spanker model and 1 or 2 female spankees. We usually film between 10am and 4pm on weekdays but we can also arrange shoots at weekends if that is more convenient. All hire fees are paid in cash.
