We Stand Strong.

We would like to thank everyone for the very positive comments and glad that everyone enjoyed the night. Its a great vote of confidence for our move to Birmingham that 250 came along and as PGK alluded to in another thread, there was indeed a shit load of work went into planning & delivering this night, so the "thank you" list reads as follows :

• The Asylum venue & staff - What a pleasure it was running an event in such a professionally managed venue. The staff went to great lengths to make us welcome & everything ran like clockwork.
• Dr Clive.....what more can I say !
• Rosie Lugosi for another incredible performance from one of the best in the business
• The performers Agent Lynch, Marnie Scarlet, Miss Pink & Fluffy, Lexi Sexx & Spankalicious who put on a great show for us

Thanks for your review earlier about Heresy n Heelz and your comments on the night, its good to know that we are doing something right !

In relation to the numbers and where they all came from, because we are completely inclusive and don't pigeon hole ourselves as just a fetish night or just a burlesque night, we attract a diverse range of guests from a variety of alternative cultures, we also advertise the event heavily within the burlesque scene, which probably now accounts for 50% of our attendance.

We are inspired to make this event even bigger and better, as realistically a few Saturdays after Christmas is never going to be the ideal crowd pulling night, so 250 people is quite an achievement I think. for our 1st Birthday event in March we are really pulling all the stops out & as well as 2 of the most outstanding performers in the world Natsumi Scarlett & The Vivid Angel, we also bring you the amazing DJ talents of Torture Garden's Allen TG & David TG, fashion shows by both our very own Adixxtion Designs & London latex design house Libidex and as Rosie unfortunately had a prior booking which our move from a Friday to a Saturday has clashed with, she will be having a break from Heresy for just one event (she's back again from May though). Rosie Lugosi is an extremely hard act to follow, so we have gone to great lengths to find you a replacement, and an outrageous one at that, so in March you can expect political corectness to be consigned to the gutter by the legendary Mat Fraser. Mat recently starred in Ch 4's "Cast offs" black comedy series, and is a campaigner for disability rights as well as a great comedian & compere, actor & martial arts expert.

Lol I thought there would be a few people in the scene that have come across this guy, and having seen him live and met him I can only really speculate at how outrageous he is going to be in front of the Heresy n Heelz crowd, he is really looking forward to the event and we consider ourselves very privileged to have him perform for us.
