The heading of 'fat' made me laugh....some of the women were large.....very large. Perhaps you like women that size.....perhaps some women that size are happy/contented being like that. In both cases 'so what?' 'fair-enough'etc etc. But many of 'em were just a little bit on the 'generous side' of average build. These days, how big does one have to be to get classed as fat? A plus size model is a size 14. Usually the lass is about 5'10 and in my opinion looks like a healthy normal weight girl. If plus-size was truly plus size they'd need to be at least an 18 IMO (if UK average is 16). I quite agree - I tend to think under 40 isn't even fully ripe.
