...our differences.

I was shaken yesterday when I was criticised and told I was wrong to live my life the way I do.

I have had different life experiences and will continue to have them, dear reader. Just as you have.

I would not wish to criticise anyone for how they lead their life (unless, of course, they were bringing harm to themselves or others), but instead embrace our differences and seek to learn from them, or at the very least understand them.

Here, here, I second that! I think it would be less annoying if those that critizesed actually knew anything about my lifestyle apart from the biased snippets they read in the papers. I mean, when people buy their daily newspaper and smile sweetly at the nice man or woman in the shop, how do they know that person isn't a child abuser or wife beater? Why critizes me just because they happen to know about my life? We can all learn so much from each other if we only take the time to listen :-) A little quote I read yesterday,'He whose lips are moving is learning nothing'.
