How can you tell what people like? At munches very few people talk about BDSM, they talk about all sorts of other random things. The big secret of finding someone who shares your interest is to find someone who likes you. That isn't going to happen at your first munch. The way it works is: people observe you and decide if you are OK. If you are OK they may tell your friends of your existence. Clubs and munches aren't for everyone, but I would reckon your current approach, 8 years of memoing people on here, hasn't worked which is why you are now posting, also to no avail.
