Just had a lovely weekend celebrating J's birthday. I threw myself on the sacrificial alter by offering to suffer J's birthday spanks on his behalf... how kind was that!! 
On Saturday we decided to go to the cinema and as there was nothing 'grown up' we fancied watching we decided to be kids for the day and went to see "Up" in 3D.
Wow! How brilliant are 3D movies!!? Why hadn't anyone told me?! Loved the story too, it made me laugh & cry in equal measure.
There was also a short film before the main feature, which was sooooo cute & funny. And the trailer for 'A Christmas Carol' in 3D, which looks fantastic! Can't wait to see it.
We came out having had the best time we've had at the cinema for ages

I've seen all three & they're brilliant, but I don't recall them being in 3D... yannow where you have to wear 3D glasses to watch 'em.
J got me good and proper when he put his 3D glasses on, looked at me and said... wow you're in 3D, it's amazing
