Given my sig is a quote, I think you're as entitled to use it as I am. Whilst I try not to spend my entire time navel-gazing, I do think a degree of self-reflection and examination is very healthy and positive.

All I can really say, from my own experience, is that taking it too much to heart is a surefire recipe for neurosis. I think Socrates ruined me. :< |

Take it from one who "examines" too much, don't overdo it. Yes, a review now and then is healthy. But that is ALL one needs. Daily microscopic level is unhealthy, dearest kes. Much love xx
