I have been watching NCIS since it started as an off shoot of JAG, and am now watching series seven,,,though not yet broadcast in the UK...

the question is...is DiNozzo special? or special needs?

he seems to have moments of glory...followed by moments of pure lunacy...so which is he?

it's pretty weird if you catch him in Dark Angel, playing quite a serious role, so different to DiNozzo
