Well today after uni I got the phone call from the witness protection officer about the sentence that he had been given, I already knew that it was a 2 year community order but that was as much as the courts would give me.
Well she elaborated a bit more on it, though she is as equally disappointed with it as I think most people were. Well in detail it is broken down to the following
So now all though I am not overly happy with it as a sentence still it is a little bit more informed as to what its all about, all I can hope is that he skips things like he did with bail and ends up in prison, then having to do all of them when he gets back out. Ah well such is life, now for thinking about what I want to do my dissertation on at university, hmmm maybe the lack of victim input in the criminal justice system?

He'll fuck it up and end up in prison OR he'll learn to understand what he's done and have regrets... Think in a way I wish people WOULD learn and change but that is a very small minority that this could happen so lets hope for the first one. HUGE hugs!!! He skipped bail before his first signing thingy so well i dont hold out much hope for him seeing any of it through. Some people say i am evil, i have no idea why they think that. | |||
