I have never ranted on here before so excuse me for a minute - AAARRRGGGHHH
I am posting this weblog in response to recent posts about Nazi and SS clothing.
i am Jewish and lost some relatives in WW2 concentration camps. I don't want sympathy or compassion for this.
Dunno how other fellow Jewish kinksters feel but if I am at an event and see someone wearing any form of Nazi memorabilia then to me it's fine. I don't take it personally or get upset. If we turn this on it's head, then maybe that is why I enjoy BDSM - maybe (but I doubt it) I wanna go through the pain, humiliation or torture that my relatives went through. Self deprivation? Who knows!
Who originally walked around wearing the long leather coats, holding a cane in one hand whilst inspecting their prisoners?
So live and let live
RANT OVER

Its context Wearing for fun, enjoyment of dressing, party image, battle re enactments, vehiclerallies with Kettenrad ALL FINE But people who are wannabee Nazis in 21st centuary are just wrong. Can remember Colin Jordan in pub in Coventry years ago. My fiancee was Jewish so not keen on staying in same building very long. Me neither his ideas were just wrong. Reguardless of setting Nazi uniforms still send cold shiver down my spine and none of uswould be here and certainly not on a site like this if schicklegrouber had won the war. |

I'm a teutonic white - almost Aryan, I do look German - and think it's very petty to want to censure people for wearing such costume in clubs. I remember going camping with the cubs some 14 years ago and one of our troop leaders was dressed up as Hitler [brown suit, military hat with the Eagle, swastika armbands.] Didn't care then, still don't. 'PC' is power for the small-minded, and it doesn't make a jot of difference in the long run. H 'It is the centaur! Chiron, halt! And let me speak with you. You taught and formed, with wisdom, strength and grace, the greatest heroes of a hero-race. In their noblest footsteps you have trod, and lived the hard life of a demigod.' |
