Its nice to see some people have values, well said. It should be a nice weekend for those who book and attend the venue.

After all it is only those people that need to know and should be concerned!! From my point of view , Thank you to the promoters and organisers for making the effort to arrange the event.

It seems that most of the potential issues have been well explained on the web pages , (not without experience) . Best Regards I42

well isn't it fabulous for you that you can be so open.

not everyone can be.

i think the measures that are being taken regarding people's privacy should be a) respected and b) appreciated. if only everyone took these matters so seriously.

Fine if you want to advertise an event, go right ahead, but screening people who attend - I draw the line at that.

I am a proud BDSMer, I don't care what the papers say - except could they get my name right and could I have an enlargement of any photo's taken?

An interesting mind is an open mind and an honest mind .

I42, Good for you!

I do not / will not put a good organiser down, I hope it goes very well.

Maybe next time.

I definitely agree with puppypaws and think the measures are entirely warranted if the event is going to be well attended - many people have to be very careful.

Thank you to all of you who supported our explanation to masterkim.

Organising events can be a bit of a mine field and it is nice to know that we are on the right track.

Hmm, just because some of us have more fortunate circumstances than many others when it comes to the need to be discreet it doesn't give us a license to be reckless with other people's confidentiality: and no doubt the hotelier will have guests at other times whose feelings he would be wise to consider.

We've already got our tickets booked for the Sunday. It looks like it's going to be a packed weekend of activities and I'm really looking forward to it....so here's hoping that more people confirm over the weekend.

Will Phil and Morgan have tickets for sale at SWAMP this weekend? If so, I dare say they'll be snapped up, judging by attendances at the past two events of theirs I've been to.

I will be checking arrangements with someone at whips on Sunday, then booking my tickets when I get home. I've already booked the day off work on Monday in anticipation. :)
