Well, Just to say THANKS to Steff, his staff, and Ex for their care and support and carrying on after Uther and I had to leave pretty early from Liasons.

To those who are still concerned about me....I'm fine!

Uther got me to Hospital asap and underwent the usuall tests....God! it's bad when you know exactly what they are going to do when you've been several times with the same problem lol.

It turns out that I have just over done things and combined with a bit of a throat and chest infection, using my inhalers more, used more painkillers, enough caffine to drown a small continent..... resulted in having several episodes of palpertations and a rather scary night.

So, Yep! I am taking it easy and sleeping loads but I'm absolutly fine.
