I have played at The Croppery on a number of occasions, and recommend it. We like it so much in fact, that we're booking in to stay overnight soon ourselves.
The dungeon is small but perfectly formed, it's run by a kinky couple, you can stay over, and NOONE can hear you scream. I can recommend their cooking skills too A dog doesn't question why it barks...

I have been staying at the Ibis on Charles Street in Manchester for many years now. Compared to many hotels the bedroom walls are fairly well sound insulated. I have never had a problem with the staff there whilst dressed in fetwear and with tv friends accompanying me. I love the chastity now that it flows between us. It is like fresh water and rain. How can men want wearisomely to philander." "I love chastity now, because it is the peace that comes of fucking." DH Lawrence from Lady Chatterley's Lover

I have stayed at the Leaside Gastrotel in Luton. We had a suite with a hot tub in the middle of the lounge. The suite was only attached to a neighbour at the bathroom and we didn't hear anyone else. The bathroom had a lovely shower with room for two. There was lots of space to swing a cat. Bed was a king with lovely duvet and suitable head and foot boards for tying up. As an aside they had a good hairdryer (not kinky but good to know!) Food - Evening dinner, absolutely fabulous; 2 starters, 2 steaks, bottle of wine and bottle of water £65. 1 night, midweek £150 including the biggest breakfast you have ever seen.
