I think if the anus is healthy, things are taken slowly and moderately and lots of lube is used then generally bleeding wouldn't occur, however, that's not to suggest that it is by proxy unhealthy if it does, just keep an eye out and of course be extra careful where bleeding is concerned. I didn't bleed as far as I recall though there may have been some light spotting in my faeces in the following day or two.
