Well, I'm still here. I've had some (a lot) of sleep and am trying to get the strength together to get out of bed. My crisis team have been to visit me and have informed me that they received an anonymous call from an IC member yesterday, warning that I was in danger. That is why the police arrived. I am very touched and grateful to that person.
Like I said, I am still here. I am fighting my demons and am taking things 1 hour at a time.

Sorry mate, may be something you find funny... But my personal experience of finding a friend hanging...dead. Wasnt a funny jovial matter, he had left a note, but he took his own life, i had to guard his body till the police came. I remember the talk with his son and daughter a week later, them in fucking bits at the loss of their father, me telling them about the last things me and him had spoke about, them both hugging me in tears... Going to the funeral, you know Life and Death.. but if thats all just a laugh to you then good luck to you. Im sure you will find someone who shares your views. | |
