for each hole, get a bolt, 2 nuts, 2 washers and a bolt hanger to measure. attach em all up and bobs your uncles.
you can be suspended, tied spread-eagle, tied standing up facing the bed (with the D shape pushing your ass out a bit too) kneeling on the bed facing outwards with your hands tied over your head, on your knees at the end of the bed facing either directions. tonnes of possibilities

Nice bed design.
Perhaps, just keep it simple, either drill a few well placed holes in the metal frame or find some G-clamps to act as non-slip anchors for ropes to be tied around.
G-clamps can be removed, so you can revert to using your bed to just sleep.  A kiss is just a kiss, but a whiplash lasts until morning.
