Learned opinion suggests I should keep my core trunk muscles in trim and while a cane can be a bit jarring ("This really is going to hurt me more than it hurts you"), the bullwhip is nice and smooth and slow. I've been pounding the foliage in a local wood and feel much perkier.
Next dose of pervery comes in the guise of SWAMP, and the whip cracking group beforehand. I've got a pukka ex rodeo lasso from Waco, Texas (yeeeha!). Might just bring it along. Anyone got a heifer-girl branding fetish?

I never knew there was a whip cracking group in Bristol.. I'm the far end of the M4 (back up when you get your feet wet), far too far from anything, but I could be persuaded to venture from rural seclusion for a bit of whip cracking! Do they accept crap whip crackers with lots of enthusiasm?
