This is a public services announcement: National Express now do crazy cheap tickets, actually cheaper than megabus. I did it from Leeds to London and whilst it's obviously still longer than the train, it's fairly comfy, except if you're hungover. Fair dos. You do get little lamps and plug sockets in first. You get neither on the coach - they don't even have bins on there and you have to put your shit in little plastic bags. Anyway...
