Must admit it did hurt but for all of 2 seconds and then it was fine Will be having outer labia done sometime in the future, cant wait but more worried on them than any I have had, not sure why lol

Now I dont remember my clit hood piercing being that bad as it was over so quickly and the skin is so thin there. Thought the outer labia were worse as they went through a much thicker piece of skin. Hasn't put me off wanting more down there though I dont have a quote so I'll leave this bit blank...........cos I dont want to use up space till I have something really good to put here | |

my clit hood piercing was a small pinch! I've had smear tests more uncomfortable! My nipple on the other hand was FUCKING AGONY!

The only conclusion one can draw from the responses here is that how much these things hurt is a highly individual response.
