In the last couple of months I've raided the habidashery, got out the double sided tape, glue and imagination and have been merrily (Blue Peter styly) crafting Burlesque tassels and pasties to a fair/professional fashion.
Having mastered this project and conjured up several designs to play with my creative juices are pushing me to now make the perfect set by producing a matching hat/head peice. I have had an attempt, but my first one was totally unimaginative and only partly hit the mark. Since then I have found some pictures on flickr that have totally inspired me to take that extra jump and actually make the cute little hat and decorate it.
Has anyone experience in making these? Got a template or any tips that could help me on my way? I am a bit of a perfectionist and won't be happy until I have done it right, so you would be saving an awful lot of glittery and spangly material hitting the bin with your advice and guidance.
