I'm not having the best of health at the moment. Yesterday I found out I've got some form of anemia, can't remember the proper name but I'm vit b12 and folic acid defiant so I start my b12 shots in 2 weeks. So that is another possible cause for the numbness and dizzy/feel like I'm about to faint feelings.
Today is my first day properly on my new medication, not great so far so curled up on the sofa with my little stripey cat all snuggled up watching cheesy films and surfing the net with him purring away. Looking forward to Scott getting home so I can be a soppy git.

Not a veggie, if anything I would have thought my GP would want me to have less meat in my diet. We don't tend to have many veggie evening meals, normally chicken or turkey based diners unless we're having a chick-pea curry or something like that. I am lactose intolerant so I can't have much milk or cheese but I find pro-biotics help that so if I want something like lasagna I take them for a few days before and after to avoid the pain normally. So far I've stocked up on fortified cerals that I like and had a big veggie stir-fry for lunch with loads of cabbage. Planning on turkey burritos for dinner so will have some diary then and plenty of veggies :D I'm not a fan of marmite but if it helps then I will try to figure out some way of using it that I can cope with.

You are not alone with this, my little 5 year old is also anaemic and has to have a blood test every month to check his iron levels and some yukky (his words) medicine every day. You will feel more awake and energetic in couple weeks - as long as you keep taking the medication xxx a smile across my ass with a slap across my face

That must be hard on you and your son. I hope your son gets better and doesn't have to stay on the medicine for long. |
