i agree with some things that have been said, and disagree with others......
i think the biggest point in the whole debate is this - If it works for the people in the relationship, then nothng else matters.
Yes, age difference can make things complicated, moreso in the 'vanilla world', but it is something that can be overcome with hard work and devotion from both partners.
Think of all the other obsticles people face - dislike of friends/family, racial differences, sexual prejudice, distance relationships, and so on. ALL of those are problems for people too, and all of those can be overcome. And Age isn't any different.
i think it's important to keep in mind that age IS just a number. Ok, age effects the physical appearence of a person, but it's what's inside that really counts, and while it's something as a cliche to say 'you're only as old as you feel', in my opinion it's true!
For me, right now, age is not a concern. Or not a
major concern anyway. i think the One i serve 24/7
one day would need to be reasonably close to me in
age, but if i find a Mistress that fits perfectly well
with me, or i find my Soulmate (or whatever term you
want to use), i'm not gonna let a 2 digit number get
in the way! 3 digits might be pushing it though 
For a minute there when i was writing, it sounded to me like i knew what i was talking about!
