Please forward this to any poly families you know. Thanks! Colette Hello there, I'm a freelance journalist researching polyamory, and have just interviewed Degenerate. I wondered if you could help with the following... I've been commissioned to write a sensitive piece on poly for the Independent on Sunday, provided I can get enough interviewees. Ideally I'd like people who are happy to have their photo taken, but I'm also up for talking to individuals who wish to remain anonymous. I'm really keen to talk to someone from a poly family, to get across to readers that many polys successfully live together and raise children. There would be no need to name or photograph the children of course. The article will look not only at what polyamory entails on a day-to-day basis, but also give polys an opportunity to express their opinions and feelings on the subject, and give the movement as a whole more publicity. Do let me know ASAP whether or not you could help with this? If so, I would ideally like to conduct informal interviews this week (11-16 August), and the photos would be taken some time before the end of the month. Have you considered contacting The Leather Family? They have their own website and their members have IC profiles, two of which are on my network. Don't know if they would be interested in taking part, but she could only ask. |
