I've just read the profile of someone on here.
He gives his age, his hair colour, his weight, his height. He then goes on to say he's looking for a LTR but not a girlfriend, a partner, or 24/7. Discretion absolutely essential.
And he's given his bloody postcode!
So if you are the 42 year old, brown haired, 5'10" bloke, living in Mansell Road (I won't say where) - I'm pretty sure your missis could track you down without trying too hard.

The world is a small place so he'd better hope he doesn't get caught out. On the other hand, I sympathise with him as it's really hard to be in a relationship that doesn't give you what you need but you don't want to end it. | |

Of course it may be someone else's postcode - a completely fabricated profile to try and get the person who does live there into trouble. Perhaps created by someone who fancies his wife  More seriously, I think a lot of people here give away enough information for anyone who knows them IRL to be sure. I know I have. But one can still be relatively unfindable by accident or by searches. (In fact it occurs to me that if a certain event I described here goes to an inquest, and I have to attend, and it is reported, peole here could identify me IRL. But probably not vice versa).
