A Fine Sunday Morning (2)

A clearly defined circumscribed task.

A beginning, an end; progression evident, fulfilment mapped out.

Undressed for the task - bare knees on cold hard stone tiles.

Focus, motivation, the tranquillity of lucid attention to detail.

Knees scraped, back aching, fingers throbbing.

And in just an hour – a perfectly polished shining bathroom floor.
