Sir bought me a beautiful glass one and it's just perfect. I'd recommend trying that for sure.

The narrowest bit of the plug doesn't actually expand. The bit that expands is inside you and unless the plug moves it isn't going to affect your sphincter any more than any other regular plug.
The vibrating blow up plugs are rather nice Danke Schoen, darling Danke Schoen. Thank you for all the joy and pain.

I'd personally say that my advice, gotten from my lovely man is that bigger is not always better and initially you want to start with shorter period of time rather than going full whack because then it will hurt. I'd also say that wearing a butt plug for a prolonged period of time is not always the best way of making anal sex a possibility. Lots and lots of lube! Just my 2 pence worth.

Google for enema kits they can be found for under £10 from medical suppliers online basic ones are a bag you fill with water(warm cold or with whatever cleanser you choose ,coffee for instance).
I find the cold gives cramps but does seem to work better often also you may find it takes you two or three flushes to get squeeky clean

in a nutshell here are a few safety bits & pieces all butt plugs are shaped to go in but look at when removing them, make sure that its tapered, so that the muscles are forced around it as it is removed. remember if you damaged the 4 bands of muscles in your sphincter they don't repair. also material is important, silicone, glass, medical grade steel, buy a reputable brand etc. plenty of lube, silicone is best unless you are using silicone toys. hope this helps.

Pardon my inexperience, but when looking on sites for these kits, it doesn't give instructions on "how" to use them. Are you supposed to lie down (recollections of enema given in hospital once!)if so, on your back, on the side? Or do you sit on the loo? I'd appreciate advice to avoid embarrassing mistakes!

we have a tail attached to a wooden one which looks fantastic but the recipient does pay for it (Johnson's baby gel seems to work best, everything else seems to dry in)
must now go and perv the linkies

The best way to receive an enema is to have your bum raised higher than the rest of the body, for example by kneeling, and then stretching your arms and upper body out in front, with your chest on the floor. An alternative is to use a 'slant board' , with your head at the bottom and feet at the top end. Both positions facilitate gravity taking the water/enema liquid into the colon. Silklover2

The kneeling with ass in air is surprisingly enough the preffered option with me though am sure other similar positions are available on dvd at your local Sluts-R-Us store.

If your problem is that you are too tight, I would rather recommend more exercise. Starting with fingers, then dildos. Butt plugs are great with initial loosing up and adapting to the feeling something entering and staying in your bum.
But if you are thinking of having anal sex, you will have to get used to actual shagging moves. And there dildos are much better then plugs. And a piece of personal advice - don't go to far with stretching, despite some opinions you rather won't have any problems with holding faeces, but your Master's cock will feel thin
