I tend to cut a thin slice of the grated end of the cheese to neaten it up prior to putting it back in the fridge.

Like Paddington, I like Ma'amalade.

I have to get out of the toilet before the toilet's finished flushing.

In loos where the paper comes out one sheet at a time, I have to alternate hands for each piece, and always 8. I've had that since primary school.

If I'm pushing the shopping trolley and somebody puts their hand on one side of it, I automatically have to make the other side even, even if that means leaning so far over the handle I almost cut myself in half.

I've picked up on not walking over three drains in a row from my sister.

Oh I do that too, though I was always told that if you do it by accident you have to walk over a double drain to cancel it out.

I don't do the drain thing but I must'nt ever 'split a pole' when I'm walking along the street with someone. Bad things will happen if I do! Similarly, if I see a Parcel Force truck, I have to say "Parcel Force touch red" and then touch something red. I started doing it in primary school when one of my friends was horrified when a PF truck went past and I didn't do it. And so I've done it compulsively ever since.

I can't finish an ice-lolly - I always have to leave a bit because the wooden sticks freak me out and give me goosebumps. I HATE HATE HATE the thought of my teeth scraping along the wood

I am trypophobic - I'm terrified and utterly disgusted by lots of small holes clustered together. But I am also really fascinated by them too. So I spend lots of time looking at pictures of things like lotus seeds pods, shivering and freaking out and retching a bit but still unable to look away.

I'm frightened about accidentally leaving my DNA outside. Like maybe when I touch a lamppost or something. I'm scared that maybe a crime will be committed there at a later date, and CSI will find my DNA and think that I'm guilty So I try not to touch too many things. Haha.
