Today on my short journey from the office to home, I saw good old Boris Johnson on his way home from his office.
What amazed me was, the Mayor of London walking alone through the city streets.
Had this been the Mayor of Moscow, he'd be chauffeured in a blacked-out Rolls-Royce with an entourage to rival Barack Obama's.
