Some of you may remember this blog.
That was a real shit day for me; full of self loathing 
I decided there and then to do something about it and have been blogging here and there with my progress.
Every year we have a big family BBQ and this year it's on Saturday 25th July. I chose my first target which was to be losing 4st in time for that.
Last week when I weighed I was just 3lb away from my target and I'm pleased to say that after weighing today I have achieved just that.
I have been and had my hair cut today, a complete restyle and I love it 
I'm going to Berlin in December to see Rammstein and I've given myself my next target. Another 2st from now until then.
Thanks to all the supportive comments and memos I've had over the last four months and a special thanks to my bestest friend She's not on IC but she has been a huge help and I'd have no doubt given in by now if it wasn't for her.
